If access is denied the reasons for denying access will be explained and where appropriate we may consider whether the use of mutually agreed intermediaries would allow sufficient access to meet the needs of both parties. We reserve the right to charge a nominal fee to cover retrieval costs in the event of a complex and comprehensive request for access.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

From time to time we may update our privacy notice. All changes will be announced on our website or through our software via the announcements, and we will provide at least 30 day’s notice of any such changes.
