This is because you are billed upfront for your ad. Lead Fleet will deduct 20% for a management & access fee from the ad spend. i.e if you have ordered a $540 campaign, $432 will be used as ad spend.
Starting the campaign takes just a few minutes. After you start the campaign it can take 1 to 8 hours for Meta to approve the ad. We will notify you when it goes live.
