Lead Fleet is a fast growing digital marketing agency on the Sunshine Coast offering a fleet of managed digital services partnering with Australian real estate brands to help grow their business.
We are looking for a junior digital marketing assistant to join our local team and help manage the growth for our existing and future clients. This full-time position is located in Coolum Beach.
You will be assisting account managers with client social media accounts (paid & organic), maintaining rapport with key contacts, analysing the performance of campaigns and brainstorming new content ideas. You will have strong graphic design and copywriting skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create social media posts for clients
- Assist with and launch/manage social & PPC ad campaigns for our clients
- Coordinate conversion focussed website enhancements and copy changes for our clients
- Work with account managers to Implement internal digital marketing strategies to grow our online presence and generate more business.
- Drive our social media presence, implementing creative ways to represent our brand and products
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping businesses grow!
Highly desirable skills include;
- Experience in a digital marketing or graphic design role.
- Solid understanding of marketing techniques and principles
- Solid understanding of social media and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry
- Superior phone manners.
- Ability to multitask.
